Relationships

Making lasting relationships is your greatest challenge.

Relationship after relationship, friendship after friendship, and none seem to last. People come and go, and you feel tired of seeing “that relationship end once again.”

You find yourself alone most days at home watching Netflix or chilling to get through the evening. You sleep more because there is no one to talk to and nothing else to do.

Although you desire a connection with someone, you realize that making the connection is too much work. You think, “What’s the use? The relationship will end like always.”

Living life alone is not much of a life.

Your journey through life is a race, and winning the race takes teamwork.

No sport allows for only one player. The coach, water boy, athletes, cheerleaders, etc., are all part of the team. Everyone has a role to play, but for some reason, you think you can continue to do it ‘alone.’

Being a team of ONE is a lonely way to go through life.

Friendships, partners, colleagues, and many others make the journey worthwhile and the race easier to win.

Don’t stop trying – relationships take effort.

Getting to know people − maybe you will like them, maybe not.

You think that life might be easier doing life alone because the relationships you’ve had thus far were not healthy.

Finding a healthy relationship means looking for someone who provides mutual support that includes occasional hugs, meaningful conversations, support, and encouragement.

Those types of relationships are out there. You only need to learn how to cultivate the right kind of relationship.

Now is your chance to try again!

Together, we can work to help you identify YOUR village, team, or community. We can work on ways to improve your interaction with others.

Gaining the ability to make the right connection sometimes means seeing outside your box, being open and accepting of others, and learning how to give part of yourself to the relationship.

Learning to communicate openly and honestly while knowing when to let go takes practice and understanding.

Your past experiences have shown you the areas that need work. Let’s do the work! You deserve community and connection. As you grow, the goal is to choose people willing to help you WIN!
