Deciding to help yourself is not easy.
Finding the time to get the help you need is stressful. Limits on time have become why you don’t follow through with what you want and need for yourself.
You constantly meditate on what you need to do because you know it will change your life. This thought process has been the pattern in your life regarding getting the help you need.
The opportunity to access “HELP” has increased significantly, but there are some limitations.
At one point, you had to drive to every meeting, event, function, appointment, etc. Driving to meet with a therapist in person will not work because you have too many other commitments. You need an alternative to in-person therapy.
Virtual therapy offers that alternative.
NOW, you can meet with your therapist in the comfort of your home or space of your choice and still have time for other commitments.
All you need is a device (phone, tablet, computer), access to a WiFi connection, and a quiet space to have your session.
We meet online and have a session the same way as in person. Research demonstrates that virtual is a viable alternative to in-person therapy.

I encourage you to be intentional about the time you pick and make sure you dedicate the allotted time for therapy. Remember, this time is for you!
Multi-tasking is a distraction during sessions and is something I strongly discourage. My goal is to ensure you get all the benefits of being present.
Whether in-person or virtual, therapy is what you make it! Therapy’s benefits do not result from the location but from how you decide to show up for yourself.
